Not very happy at all. I have no experience with unlocking phones, and the instructions sent were not at ALL complete. There was no instruction for format of the code sent in the way of #PW+CODE+1# It might seem simple to someone who is familiar with entering code, but certainly wasn't simple to me having no knowledge of it whatever before ordering.
I was only sent the numbers with mention of PW+ etc at the bottom of the page only explaining how to enter these on the keypad... NOT that I had to enter them around my code numbers for my phone model! This could have caused my phone to be hard-locked as I WAS following the instructions given which essentially were WRONG. I only found out the correct way by looking elsewhere on the internet. When I first wrote to explain that the code didn't work, I was answered with what I had to do to get a refund. Not the best customer service considering the instructions were wrong!
I have now unlocked my phone (thank goodness!) only by searching elsewhere. I give two stars only because the numbers themselves were correct, but the numbers don't do much good without proper instructions on how to enter the code with all of the characters needed.
Not really what I expected. Please update your instruction sheet sent with the codes. You could easily avoid having many more unhappy customers.

Sweet. Code worked the first time. To those who might have difficult inputting 'P','W' and '+' once you press '#' you can enter them using the Querty keyboard. You don't have to do the multi press of '*' and '#'. Insert a SIM that is restricted first. Now my X2-01 is up and running. Thanks
